1 Installation and debugging:

1. Install the No. 6 small base according to the corresponding position of the No. 4 large base as shown in the figure;

2. Place two pieces of No. 9 hose clamps opposite each other, the same arc should be placed correspondingly. Specifications: 6# 8# 10# 12#;

3. Place the corresponding No. 10 fitting clamp correctly, and place it after actual comparison;

4. Adjust the tightness by adjusting the No. 2 and No. 7 bolts; each of the large base and the small base has an adjusting bolt;

Product instructions steps:

1. Tighten the air conditioner hoses of different specifications through No. 5 push-pull quick clamp, the tightness can be adjusted by No. 7 bolts, at the same time reserve enough length of air conditioning hose at the end of No 3 moving chuck;

2. Place the air conditioner fittings on No. 3 moving chuck, and realize the locking through the adjustment of fitting clamp with different specifications;

3,Push and pull No. 1 push-pull quick clamp to insert the air conditioner fitting into the air conditioner hose;

4,Loosen No. 5 push-pull quick clamp and No. 1 push-pull quick clamp;

5,By replacing different hose clamps and different fitting clamps you can realize different models conversion of different specifications of air conditioner hoses and fittings.
